Lincolnshire Herbs is one of the largest growers of fresh cut and living pot herbs in the UK. We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Machine Operator for our Herb banding and Cutting Machine.  

 Executing the Daily Plan

·  Ensuring all products are packed with precision, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate.

 

·  Setting up and operating of machine, proactively addressing any operational issues that arise.

 

·  Diligently completing all required paperwork with accuracy.

 

·  Striving to meet production KPIs with a focus on enhancing both operational efficiencies and financial outcomes.

 

·  Working closely with the maintenance team to promptly address machine breakdowns.

 

·  Performing all tasks in a safe manner whilst adhering to Health & Safety protocols.

 

·  Upholding the highest standards of product quality.

 

 Qualification / Experience

·  Experienced machine operator (Preferably but not essential from within the fresh produce sector)

·  Ability to communicate both written and verbal with attention to detail (in order to interpret written working procedures)

·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
